PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE BEFORE PROCEEDING. The Auria platform, including all related content, products, services, and functionality owned by Auria Health, Inc. (“Auria,” “we,” or “us”) is collectively referred to as the “Services.” By accessing or using the Services, you consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to accept these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
By creating an account, completing an eligibility check, or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years old or legally emancipated to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that all information you provide during registration and eligibility screening is accurate, current, and complete.
Auria provides a clinician-guided weight care program, including private assessments, progress check-ins, and personalized care plans. The Services facilitate access to licensed clinicians but do not replace your relationship with your primary care provider. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Certain parts of the Services require a paid membership. Fees are billed on the schedule presented at checkout. Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Medication costs may be billed separately and depend on your individual care plan.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
All content, trademarks, software, and materials available through the Services are the property of Auria Health, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Auria in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and, where changes are material, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
